We have thousands of items of jewellery online with a budget to suit everybody. Please follow our step by step guide to ordering your jewellery online from Jewellery Junkies.

1. Browsing for an item

We have many categories to chose from or simply type in what item you are looking for in the search box. If you already know the product code then enter that into the search box and you will be directly taken to the page that displays the product. We also have a detailed filter system to make it as easy as possible for you to navigate around the site and find exactly what you are looking for as quickly as possible.

2. Adding to your Wishlist

Selecting products to put on your wishlist can make it easier to review your favourite products before deciding which one you want to purchase. You can select as many products as you like to add to your wishlist which can be saved by creating an account with us, you can compare product features to make it easier to decide upon your purchase, which you can easily amend and remove from your wish list if you change your mind, which you can then easily add to your basket should you choose to.

3. Adding your item into the basket

Click the mouse on to the add to basket icon and your item will be instantly added to your shopping basket. At any point before making a purchase, you can view, change the quantity, add engraving or remove items in the basket very easily. However if you experience any problems please visit the contact us section to speak to our experienced team

4.  Add engraving

Adding engraving to a product could not be easier simply by clicking the add engraving button in your basket, simply input the text and the font and then click submit, which will then be added to the total of your order if the pocket watch is under 100.

If your pocket watch is over 100 in value, then any engraving you require us to do will be done free of charge.

 You can preview/edit/remove your engraving requests before finalising them in your basket in case you change your mind and purchase them.

You can also select priority engraving for 2.95, this will ensure same working day service if ordered before 3pm.  If you need any assistance with this please contact us via email or phone.

5. Proceed to checkout

When you have finished browsing the jewellery online click on to the  proceed to checkout button to process your order. You can alternativley choose to pay through google checkout or paypal at this stage simply by clicking the relevant icons underneath proceed to checkout on the basket page.

You will then be asked to fill out your billing details along with contact email and phone numbers, then shipping (if different) before then entering your card details.

6. Payment

When purchasing jewellery online, we accept Master card, Visa, Maestro, Switch delta, solo cards and Google Checkout. Fill in the details requested and remember this is a secure website so you can shop with confidence. You will also be asked to fill out your 3d secure details for extra security.

7. Deliveries

Orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched on the same day.
