These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

Please note that all calls to our customer service representatives will be charged at the standard rate (BT users only. Other network charges may vary) and will be recorded for quality monitoring and training purposes.

Definitions

"Conditions" means these terms and conditions and special conditions; "Product" means a product displayed for sale on the website; "Product Description" means that part of the website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual product are provided; "Special Conditions" means the terms and conditions in the product description; "Users" means the users of the website collectively; "personal information" means the details provided by you on registration; "We/us" means JewelleryJunkies.

You are provided with access to this website in accordance with these conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these conditions.

Registration
You warrant that:

Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from the United Kingdom.

We will treat all your personal information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data protection and consumer legislation currently in force.

When you shop on this website, we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you such as your name, e-mail, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selection, credit card or other payment information and a password.

Orders

• All contracts of sale made by JewelleryJunkies shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions, which shall prevail over any other terms from the party ("the Customer") with whom JewelleryJunkies is dealing. Cancellation of orders by business to business customers is not accepted as many orders are despatched on the same day the order is placed. Cancellation of orders by consumers can only be accepted in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. JewelleryJunkies is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.

You undertake that:
1) all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered on our web site are correct and
2) The credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from us is your own or your company's card, that you are authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services you order from us. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.

Prices

• All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering information.
• JewelleryJunkies Reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Descriptions Of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description which sets out additional specific conditions related to that product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy.

Delivery, Title and Risk

• Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. JewelleryJunkies makes every effort to despatch goods on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
• If JewelleryJunkies is unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of the date of order, the Customer will, as its sole remedy is entitled to cancel the order and require any monies paid to JewelleryJunkies in respect of that order to be refunded. In order to cancel, the Customer must send written notice of cancellation to JewelleryJunkies after the above date, but before delivery of the goods or notification from JewelleryJunkies that the goods are ready for delivery.
• JewelleryJunkies does not accept liability for shortages or damage due to deliveries unless the Customer notifies JewelleryJunkies of the shortage or damage in writing within 7 days of receipt of the delivery.
• The customer has to accept the goods when they are ready for delivery.
• Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer's nominated address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to the Customer.
• Title to the goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full by JewelleryJunkies

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed. We will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timescales.

After Delivery

Your product is supported by a JewelleryJunkies guarantee. Operate it according to the instructions and it'll give you good service. If you have any issues, we have a customer help team who can be contacted on 024 76501002 between 9.00am - 5.00pm (In all cases you will be dealt with in accordance with your legal rights).

Warranties and Returns

• Jewellery Junkies is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases, we offer the returns facilities described when you click onto our Delivery/Returns Information.
• All goods supplied by JewelleryJunkies are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purpose for which such goods would normally be used. If you purchase goods in the course of your business, all other express or implied terms or warranties relating to the goods are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

• Jewellery Junkies shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, (including but not restricted to) loss of business or profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, loss of data and other financial loss. ("Financial loss" in this sense does not refer to the price you have paid for the goods, which we may be liable to refund to you, in whole or in part, if the goods are faulty or do not comply with their description). JewelleryJunkies liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced amount of the relevant order, provided it has been paid.
• Nothing in this agreement shall limit JewelleryJunkies liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

Health and Safety

• In accordance with the Health and Safety at Work, etc Act 1974 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 Confirms that the goods it supplies as a distributor do not present a hazard to health and safety providing they are used properly and for the purpose for which they are designed; and
  if the Customer takes reasonable and normal precautions in their use.

Entire agreement

These Conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes to these Conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what JewelleryJunkies and you are expected to do. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.

The Law

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
